The Conroe ISD Leads: Community Collaborative is an opportunity for members of the community to get a behind-the-scenes look at one of the largest school districts in the State of Texas. This program is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge of programs and processes implemented in Conroe ISD. The Community Collaborative will take place from 8 – 11 AM on five half-days from February – May at a variety of locations across the District including the Administration Building, Jett Center, select auxiliary facilities, and schools. Potential topics include public school finance, procurement processes, transportation, attendance boundaries, growth, specialty programs, Career & Technical Education, recruitment, professional learning, curriculum, planning and construction, summer school, and school safety.
