Employee Discounts

The term “distribution” as used in this procedure means placing items in the area designated (typically an information table) at each District facility for the dissemination of non-school related materials. Direct distribution of non-school-related materials to the CISD employee mailboxes is strictly prohibited.

Those who are interested in making information available to employees in the Conroe Independent School District may do so by following these procedures:

1. Submit the material intended for distribution to the principal of a campus or the communications director for district facilities.
2. Materials will be reviewed in accordance with Local Board Policy GKDA.
3. If the materials are approved for distribution, provide the facility with the materials to be distributed.

Each facility will determine how long materials remain in the distribution area.

Specifications

Deals, discounts and offers should be on a flyer that is one page in length, letter size (8 ½” x 11“), in pdf format, and does not contain live web addresses. Flyers should include all details of the offer, including limitations and expiration dates.

Policy

Your offer should require producing only a Conroe ISD employee badge and not a printed copy of your offer. Flyers must adhere to District Policy GKDA LOCAL.

Notice

Flyers are posted in the order received. The District reserves the right to refuse a posting if it is not considered to be appropriate or in good taste, or if it reflects an offer than is generally available to all customers of the business, and to limit the simultaneous postings by a single business.
