Board of Trustees Recognize School Ambassadors

The Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees honored several individuals with the Ambassador Award when Board member Melanie Bush and Dr. Don Stockton, Superintendent, visited Caney Creek High School, Creighton Elementary, Milam Elementary, Moorhead Junior High, Grangerland Intermediate, and San Jacinto Elementary on March 4, 2016.

 

The Board of Trustees began the Ambassador Awards to recognize individuals for their positive contributions to campus life and campus climate. Throughout the year, each campus is visited by a member from the Board who surprises the award recipients while they are performing their duties as either a student or an employee.

 

Students honored Sarah Medoza, Caney Creek High School; Skyler Griffin, Creighton Elementary; Karla Barajas, Milam Elementary; Jose Solis, Moorhead Junior High; Loretta Ashley, Grangerland Intermediate; and Samantha Winn, San Jacinto Elementary.

 

Paraprofessionals honored Reba Anderson, Caney Creek High School; Maria Marban, Creighton Elementary; Rose Ray, Milam Elementary; Leslie Vinalay, Moorhead Junior High; Tammy Peebles, Grangerland Intermediate; and Kelli Gates, San Jacinto Elementary.

 

Educators honored Roel Morales, Caney Creek High School; Ashley Evans, Creighton Elementary; Maricela Sauceda, Milam Elementary; Amelia Olson, Moorhead Junior High; Tara Crowson, Grangerland Intermediate; and Danielle Trahan, San Jacinto Elementary.
