CONROE, Texas (Aug. 1, 2025) – Conroe ISD is pleased to announce the District has been granted Teacher Incentive Alloment (TIA) system approval for the 2024-2025 school year by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). These designations with remain valid on the designated teachers’ SBEC certifications for five continuous years.

This month, the District anticipates issuing its third TIA payout to 361 designated teachers – a continued investment in teacher excellence and student outcomes. Payouts ranged from $3,210 to $28,501, depending on campus socioeconomic status and designation level.

  • 72 Master Teachers - $1,427,734

  • 151 Exemplary Teachers - $1,608,464

  • 138 Recognized Teachers - $723,419
