Off-Campus Physical Education Program Guidelines

Off-Campus Physical Education is an option that the Texas Education Agency allows school districts to offer as an alternative to the physical education graduation requirement. To ensure that all Off-Campus PE owners/facilitators and their coaches understand the TEA guidelines, a mandatory informational meeting for all Off-Campus facilities will take place on January 22, 2026 from 10:00am – 11:00am.  The meeting will take place at the Jett Teacher Training Center located at 19043 David Memorial Dr., Shenandoah, TX, 77385. The building is located near the north endzone of Woodforest Bank Stadium. The meeting will be in Ballroom 215.  The 2026-2027 CISD Off-Campus PE application packets will be available at the conclusion of the meeting.
