Homecoming Plan

The Homecoming Plan is a Conroe ISD initiative designed to return students in specialized programs to their zoned neighborhood schools while continuing to provide high-quality services and support. By bringing services closer to home, the district is strengthening student connections to their campus, improving access for families, and ensuring every student can learn and grow within their school community.
