Mrs. Aggie Gambino

Aggie Gambino is a longtime Conroe ISD community member, parent of children currently attending CISD schools, and business owner with more than 20 years of involvement in the district and surrounding community.
She is the founder of The Learning Edge Consulting, where she works with organizations across multiple industries on learning strategy, organizational development, change management, and communication. Her work focuses on aligning people, processes, and priorities to support effective decision-making, accountability, and successful execution during complex change efforts.
Aggie serves as the founder and chairperson of the Conroe ISD Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) and has participated in district committees and leadership programs, including the CISD Cell Phone Committee and the inaugural CISD Community Collaborative. She is also active in campus and athletic volunteer leadership, has volunteered with organizations including Montgomery County Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity, and brings the perspective of a Hispanic, bilingual, and bicultural community member to her service in the Conroe ISD community.
