Medications cannot be sent home with students and cannot be held in the clinic during the summer months.
Hi families! As we wrap up the school year, I want to sincerely thank you for a wonderful year. We have truly loved having your children with us and are so proud of all they’ve accomplished.
As a reminder, the last day of school is Friday, May 22nd, and it is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 11:55 a.m.

Field Day is coming up on Monday, May 18, and we still need volunteers to help make this fun event a success! If you are available to join us, please click the link below to sign up. Thank you for supporting this special day for our students!
We are so grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting our families! We’re excited to share that WAKE Church will once again be sponsoring backpacks and school supplies for the 2026–2027 school year.
School Supplies are available for students who will be returning to Giesinger for the 2026–2027 school year
and qualify for the free and reduced meal program.

Tomorrow, we are so excited to welcome The Main Street Theater to our school for a special performance of The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs told from the Wolf’s point of view! To help celebrate this fun event, students are invited to wear their Great Wolf ears that they received during last week’s Booster Glow Run tomorrow (Friday 5/7).
We can’t wait for our students to enjoy this exciting performance together!
Please note there will be another event taking place on campus at the same time, so we encourage families to carpool with others attending if possible. We also ask that you plan to park in the front of the school, as our ceremony will take place in the cafeteria located at the front of the campus.
We look forward to celebrating this special milestone with you!
Thank you for a wonderful week last week! We loved seeing so many of you at our Booster Glow Run. We’re very close to reaching our schoolwide goal, so we’re extending the fundraiser for one more bonus week.

Giesinger Families, due to the projected forecast, we have switched to an indoor glow run TOMORROW! The schedule of run times is the same as the original plan. Parents are still welcome to come support your student. Park at the Church of Christ (1860 Longmire Rd). Tonight is the FINAL chance to earn rewards on mybooster.com before tomorrow's Giesinger Splash & Dash! We're close to our $20,000 goal—every donation counts. If we reach it, students earn an all-day pass to Great Wolf Lodge. Let's finish strong!
