Congratulations to our Character Café recipients for the month of September who exemplify RESPECT every day!

Wilkerson Families,
An email regarding a schedule change for our school day was sent by the district earlier today. Please see the information below with our new schedule.
School Schedule Update Beginning October 13
Beginning Tuesday, October 13, our school day will be adjusted slightly to add instructional time. Because Conroe ISD used an inclement weather day early this year, this change will help cover the missed day and provide a banked day in case of another weather closure.
Our updated school schedule can be found at https://aptg.co/HF8fc8. The District worked with Transportation to prevent changes to bus pick up and campus arrival times. Please review the new times and plan accordingly.
Thank you for your flexibility as we prepare for the possibility of more severe weather this year.
Wilkerson's New Schedule
We are adding five minutes to the beginning of the day.
Classroom instruction will begin at 8:45 AM and end at 4:05 PM.

Our Fall Carnival is right around the corner, next Thursday, October 8, 2026! The event will be much different than fall festivals in the past and will be right after school from 4:45 to 6:45 for Wilkerson students only. Students will stay with their dismissal teachers until the event begins. Activities include carnival games with prizes, inflatables, karaoke, crafts, and more. The cost of the event is $20 and will include a slice of pizza, a bag of chips and a water for each student. Permission slips and cash can be turned in to the student's homeroom teacher. Payments can also be made online using the link below. Registration and payment are required and must be completed by Tuesday, October 6. (We will order/purchase meal based on registrations.)
See the Flyer/Permission Slip for more details. http://tiny.conroeisd.net/xWjzh

We ask that students show their Texas Standard spirit by wearing a crazy hat (brains in your head) and crazy socks (feet in your shoes).
In addition to Texas Standard Day, it is also Read for a Better Life. We will welcome College Park High School students on campus to read to our students. We have asked that the students share with our students the importance of respect and responsibility as they have moved into high school and how it has impacted their success in the classroom and in their extracurricular activities.
