How to Set Up SchoolCash Online

Paying school fees online is fast, easy and can be done from any computer or smart phone. Getting set up is three simple steps:
1. Create Your Profile here: Visit SchoolCash Online and then click 'Register'.
2. Confirm Your Email: Check your inbox for the email confirmation and click on the link inside.
3. Add a Student: Click “Add Student” and fill in the required fields with your child’s details.

Library Fee Payment

Before making any payments, please contact the CHS Library at 936-709-5882 to confirm your student’s current status. Balances can change quickly, so it’s important to verify the most up-to-date information.

If your student has a Lost Library Book fee, payment can be made online after confirmation. Once payment is completed, please either:

  • Email a copy of the receipt to atyler@conroeisd.net, or

  • Have the student visit the CHS Library and show the receipt to Ms. Tyler or another staff member at the Circulation Desk.

This step is required to ensure the student’s account is properly cleared in the library system.
