Houston Elementary Community Feedback

The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback from parents, teachers and community members of Houston Elementary School. This survey provides stakeholders an opportunity to provide input, including sharing concerns and possible solutions for improvement that may be reflected in the Houston Elementary Turnaround Plan. This link will be available for parents, teachers and community member from November 8th through December 1, 2017. Hard copies of this survey will also be available at Houston Elementary School and our district office. We appreciate your participation and feedback!
