Datren Williams is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
He is employed as the Chief Financial Officer with Rig Runner, an oil and gas rig moving / logistics company, based in Houston. He also serves on the Montgomery County Womenâs Center Board of Directors.
Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Thereafter, he earned his Master of Science in Corporate Finance, also from Louisiana State University. After graduate school, he and his wife, Maya, moved to The Woodlands.
He believes education begins in the home and is cultivated in the school. He feels a continuous partnership must exist amongst parents and the school system in order for students to achieve the most effective personal and academic success.
Mr. Williamsâ beautiful wife, Maya, has been an employee in Conroe Independent School District for the past 18 years. They have three sons, Daven, Darren and Dillen, whom are all Conroe ISD students. Mr. Williams believes faith is his foundation for family values and personal growth.
Mr. Williams was first elected to the Conroe ISD Board in November 2012, and his term expires in 2024.
