General Pay Increase
For the 2021-2022 school year, the starting teacher salary in Conroe ISD is $58,500. This reflects the 3% general pay increase on the midpoint for all staff except bus drivers. Bus drivers received a 5% raise along with the minimum wage being increased to $18/hour.
