Conroe ISD to Host Informational Realtor Course

Conroe ISD is excited to offer an opportunity for area realtors to become experts in all things happening in our district and school community. Join us for our first-ever Conroe ISD Realtor Course to learn about zoning, tax rates, school district funding, growth, programs, and more! This event will take place on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 9 AM – 3 PM at the Jett Center at Woodforest Bank Stadium. Cost per attendee is $50, which covers materials and lunch. Attendees will also receive a flash drive of resource materials including a Conroe ISD realtor badge that can be incorporated into marketing materials.
