Conroe ISD Named Top Workplace by Houston Chronicle

Conroe ISD has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by the Houston Chronicle Top Workplaces program. Awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey which uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“We know that people are what make Conroe ISD a great place to be,” stated Dr. Curtis Null, Conroe ISD Superintendent. “There have been many challenges over the last two years. Through them all, our employees have remained steadfast in their dedication to serving our community. I am so thankful to be part of this great Conroe ISD family and have such a supportive Board of Trustees.”

Over 4,600 Conroe ISD employees responded to the anonymous survey in May. Of the large employers, Conroe ISD is the highest-ranking school district on the list and 15th overall out of the top 175 companies in the Houston area.
