Click Here for Frequently Asked Questions During the fall semester, CISD will begin the process of reviewing attendance boundaries in preparation for the projected opening of Christopher J. Hines Elementary School in August of 2023. The campus is located at 4550 Lexington Blvd in Spring, Texas and will have a capacity of 950 students. In addition to the overall goals of our planning committee outlined below, the 2022-23 Committee’s objectives include:

  • To develop an attendance boundary to populate the new campus while still preserving some campus capacity for future growth
  • To provide crowding relief to Snyder Elementary and Broadway Elementary
  • To explore possible solutions for over-crowding at some Grand Oaks area elementary and intermediate campuses.
