CISD Hosts 10th Annual Employee Health Fair

Conroe ISD held its 10th Annual Employee Health Fair on Saturday, January 20, at The Woodlands College Park High School. Several local health care providers and numerous community businesses specializing in health services or products volunteered their time to support and help educate over 1,000 employees about the importance of and means to achieving a healthy lifestyle.

At the fair, employees and their spouses enrolled in a CISD Aetna medical plan had the opportunity to participate in free biometric screenings courtesy of Quest Diagnostics®. Those who participated in the screening will receive online results, normal ranges, and a brief description of the tests via mail within two weeks. Assured Imaging and The Rose were on site to provide mammograms by appointment.

Attendees also had the opportunity to receive product samples, giveaways, chair massages, car seat installations, and door prizes.
