Board of Trustees Recognize School Ambassadors

The Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees honored several individuals with an Ambassador Award when Board Member Mr. Scott Moore and Dr. Don Stockton, Superintendent, visited Conroe High School, Conroe High School 9th Grade Campus, Giesinger Elementary, Peet Junior High, Cryar Intermediate, Reaves Elementary, and Austin Elementary.

The Board of Trustees began the Ambassador Awards to recognize individuals for their positive contributions to campus life and campus climate. Throughout the year, each campus is visited by a member from the Board who surprises the award recipients while they are performing their duties as either a student or an employee.

Students honored are Victoria Moreno, Conroe High School; Jacob Johns, Conroe High School 9th Grade Campus; Jordan Mullens, Reaves Elementary; Delaney Clark, Giesinger Elementary; Sade Hernandez, Cryar Intermediate; Makayla Phoenix, Peet Junior High, and Samantha Driver, Austin Elementary.

Paraprofessionals honored are Barbara Serrano, Conroe High School; Laura Jones, Conroe High School 9th Grade Campus; Yunuen Ugarte, Reaves Elementary; Shawn Malin, Giesinger Elementary; Aleida Garcia, Cryar Intermediate; Glenda Smith, Peet Junior High, and Angela Wilkinson, Austin Elementary.

Educators honored are Shartarri Miller, Conroe High School; Denise Robles, Conroe High School 9th Grade Campus; Blace Werner, Reaves Elementary; Krystina McGoldrick, Giesinger Elementary; Anna DeBreaux, Cryar Intermediate; Linda Legendre, Peet Junior High, and Kristy Christopher, Austin Elementary.
