District Committees
District-Level Planning and Decision Making Committee
The DLP&DM Committee is responsible for providing assistance to the Superintendent in the development, evaluation, and annual revision of the District Improvement Plan. This committee is also responsible for providing assistance in the Superintendent in areas of planning, budgeting, curriculum, staffing patterns, staff development, and school organization.
Employee Benefits Committee
The purpose of the Employee Benefits Committee is to provide information to the Board of Trustees pertaining to the benefits options made available to the employees of Conroe ISD.
PTO/PTA/Booster Clubs
Conroe ISD encourages the participation and involvement of parents in the education of their children. One way parents can be involved is through participation in voluntary parent organizations such as PTA’s, PTO’s, other similar organizations and booster clubs.
School Health Advisory Council
The School Health Advisory Council was created to assist the District in ensuring that local community values and health issues are reflected in the District’s health and physical education instruction.
School Cell Phone Committee
Conroe ISD is convening a School Cell Phone Committee to evaluate the District’s current cell phone guidelines and the recommendation by the School Health Advisory Council Mental Health Subcommittee.
