  4. Follow on-screen instructions.
  5. Wait patiently!
If you loaded QuickTime and the QuickTime screen appears but you still can not connect (you see the blue dots moving back and forth across the QuickTime screen), try the following:

  1. Right-click on the icon on the lower-right-hand corner of the QuickTime window and select Plug-in Settings.
  2. Select Streaming Transport.
  3. Check Use this protocol and Port ID
  4. check Use HTTP, Port ID: 80
  5. Close the dialog window.
