There is no need to dial a 9 to get outside dial tone. If you are dialing inside the school district, use the 5-digit extension however, there are still some schools not on IP Phones yet. You will need to dial the 10-digit number.
Dial 1 plus the phone number. When you hear 2 beeps and ******** is displayed on the screen, enter the last 5-digits of your SSN.
To make international calls, you will need to request permission from your Principal. Submit a Phone Work Order including your username to request access.
It works like the phone, follow manufacturers instructions for fax use. Again
it does not require a special number to dial out.
It works like the phone and requires the long distance code. Between the
phone number and the code most faxes require a pause. Different manufacturers
have different ways of putting in the pause, the two most common are-- Dial the
recipients fax number 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX press the * and put in the code or dial the
number and press the pause button and put in the code.
