Problems with HAC?
I Forgot my Password.
Go to https://hac.conroeisd.net/homeaccess/Register/forgot.aspx. Click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions.

I Forgot my user I.D.
Go to https://hac.conroeisd.net/homeaccess/Register/default.aspx?From=Reregister. Click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions.

I Forgot my user I.D., completed the instructions for sending me my user I.D. and it did not work.
Please go through the entire HAC Registration process again.

How do I change my email address that is on file?
Click the Register for an Account button and complete the preliminary Home Access Center registration where it asks for your email address and student information. If your email address is different, it will prompt you update your email address that is on file.

I did not receive an email with my password.
Go to https://hac.conroeisd.net/homeaccess/Register/forgot.aspx and fill out the required information.

I still did not receive an email with my password.
Do you use AOL, Earthlink, SBC Global or Road Runner? These service providers are blocking some email from conroeisd.net. We recommend that you use an alternative email address such as http://www.gmail.com or http://mail.yahoo.com. If you formerly used Road Runner, please make sure to convert your account to Comcast, then sign up again for a HAC Account. If you prefer, you may use one of the free email accounts listed above to register. Some applications or providers mark HAC email as "spam" or "junk." Make sure your HAC confirmation is not in your email account's junk folder and that you have "whitelisted" or cleared homeaccess@conroeisd.net email.

I still did not receive an email with my password.
Be sure that your email system is accepting "junk" email. Conroe ISD sends out thousands of emails each night. Your email provider may be identifying conroeisd.net as a spammer and blocking the emails you want to receive!

Have you applied for a new account this year?
You must apply for a new account. Last year's accounts no longer works.

I received the conformation email, but I cannot click on the link.
Your email provider is blocking the email as spam. You can click to “View as HTML” or “Display Contents.” After doing so you will be able to click the link to complete your registration.

After clicking “I Agree that I am the Legal Parent/Guardian of this student” I get an error stating "vb.script cannot..."
Safari and Opera web browsers are not supported when you initially sign up. You must use Internet Explorer or Firefox for initial sign-up. After completing registration, you can use Safari or Opera to log into Home Access Center.

I’m having problems with Home Access Center pages and access.
First, try using a different computer. Please note that Conroe ISD Technology Department cannot help you diagnose problems on your personal computer.

I was told that if I had multiple students within the district I can sign up using one login id and it does not work.
The Technology Department is diligently working to resolve this issue but we need your help. As an example: When you sign up for student 1, use user I.D. amber1, for student 2 amber2, for student 3 amber3 etc. Please ensure you use the same email address when requesting access to your student. This will help us identify accounts that need to be combined into a single login. We may have to contact you to verify additional information prior to the merge.
