Conroe ISD Board Members Sworn In; Trustees Reorganize

At a Special Board Meeting held on Thursday, November 17, 2016, Scott Moore, board member elect, Datren Williams, incumbent, Scott Kidd, incumbent, and John Husbands, incumbent, were officially sworn in as elected members of the Board of Trustees of the Conroe Independent School District by the Honorable Judge Lisa Michalk. Once the Board candidates pledged to take on their responsibilities and signed their Oaths of Office, they took their appointed seats for remainder of the meeting.

At the end of their first Regular Board Meeting held on December 13, 2016, the Board of Trustees reorganized as required by State law as follows: Melanie Bush, President; Datren Williams, First Vice President; Skeeter Hubert, Second Vice President; Ray Sanders, Secretary; Scott Kidd, Assistant Secretary; John Husbands, Immediate Past President; and Scott Moore, Trustee.
