| Youth Activity Fair Guidelines |

This service is for non-school related organizations which offer activities for school-aged children in these areas: sports, recreation, service clubs, and fine arts activities.

Promotional materials must comply with District Policy (GKDA). CISD reserves the right to determine whether or not any organization qualifies as a "youth activity" for the purposes of participation in the CISD Youth Activity Fair. The Youth Activity Fair is not intended for groups or individuals who provide academic tutoring or services such as speech therapy or child-care.

Organizations may attend any or all the Youth Activity Fairs.

Adhere to Set-up Guidelines listed below.

Space is limited and tables are assigned in the order that requests are received.

Requests must be submitted on-line.

Set-Up Guidelines

Set up begins at 5 p.m. with participants setting up and bringing in materials without assistance from school personnel.

Sign-in at the front entrance to verify your table assignment before set-up and to confirm attendance.

Participants should pack up and leave the building by 8 p.m.

Electrical outlets are limited. Participants must provide all needed cords or power strips.

School cafeteria tables will be used for setting up your promotional materials.

Participants should stay in assigned area to meet students and parents.

Avoid bringing over-sized displays, as there is not sufficient room for them.
