Coaches Speak at Conroe Noon Lions Club

District 14-5A’s coaches showed nothing but excitement when speaking at the 37th annual Buddy Moorhead District “Pigskin Review” on August 8 at Lone Star Convention Center. The event was hosted by the Conroe Noon Lions Club. Conroe ISD coaches Roger Holtkamp (Conroe), Dereck Rush (Oak Ridge), Mark Schmid (The Woodlands), and Richard Carson (The Woodlands College Park) all spoke on behalf of their teams. The 14-5A district introduced two new coaches, A&M Consolidated’s David Raffield and Bryan’s Ross Rogers. The coaches spoke to the Rotary Club of Conroe August 7 and plan to speak to the Rotary Club of East Montgomery County meeting on August 28 and The Rotary Club of The Woodlands meeting on August 30.
