Nicole Walker Named as Reaves Elementary Principal


Nicole Walker accepted a new role with Conroe ISD when Dr. Don Stockton, Superintendent, recommended that she assume the reins as principal of Reaves Elementary School. Mrs. Walker is currently the assistant principal at Giesinger Elementary School.

Walker has sixteen years of experience as an educator and joined the Conroe ISD family in1999. During her tenure she has been a first grade teacher at Anderson Elementary, a campus and district literacy coach, summer school principal and an assistant principal for the past three years.

Ms. Walker earned a Bachelor of Science in Academic Studies from Sam Houston State University in 1996 and a Master of Education from Lamar University in 2009. She thanked Dr. Stockton and the Board members for the opportunity to serve as a campus principal and said, "I look forward to serving as the principal at Reaves Elementary School. I am grateful that I am able to achieve my career goals in Conroe ISD."
