CISD Students Spread Holiday Cheer at Holly Jolly Jingle

Students from across Conroe ISD participated in the 3rd Holly Jolly Jingle held at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on Thursday, November 30. The event, open to the public, featured the musical talents of over 400 junior high and high school musicians.

Attendees were treated to pre-concert performances on the plazas by the Knox Junior High Orchestra, McCullough Junior High Choir, McCullough Junior High Strings Group, Moorhead Junior High Choir, The Woodlands High School Chamber Orchestra, and The Woodlands High School Choir.

Preshow entertainment was provided by the Conroe High School Jazz Band followed by program performances by The Woodlands High School Orchestra, The Woodlands College Park High School Symphony Orchestra, and the Oak Ridge High School Symphony Orchestra.

The crowd was also treated to a reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas by Superintendent Dr. Don Stockton.
