Responsibility: Who is responsible? Can you contact them? Beware of anonymous sites.
Authority: Is the sponsoring organization or individual a reputable authority on the topic? What are the author’s/authors’ credentials?
Objectivity: Does the organization or individual have a bias concerning the topic? Is the site a forum for opinions of a group or individual? Is the information factual or rumor? Find out at a fact checking site like snopes.com
Currency: When was the site last updated? Is currency an issue for your topic?
Documentation: Where did the author get his information? Is there a bibliography or list of resources?
