C.J. Haynes, current Board President, is vice president/owner of Investment Advisory Services, Inc., a fee-based money management firm with her husband John. Prior to joining the firm in 1996, she was Regional Vice President for Aetna Life & Casualty and CIGNA Retirement Services. They have two children who graduated from Conroe ISD schools and are currently attending college at Texas A & M and the University of Texas at San Antonio.

 Ms. Haynes has a strong commitment to CISD and Montgomery County as evidenced by her numerous hours volunteering and leading many local organizations, including The Woodlands Rotary Club, Past President; Interfaith of The Woodlands, Advisory Board Member and Finance Committee Member; Education for Tomorrow Alliance (EFTA), CHOICES presenter of fourteen years; South Montgomery County YMCA Executive Board and Partners of Youth Division Leader; South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Past Director; National Charity League, The Woodlands Chapter; Leadership Montgomery County Class of 1998 graduate; Operation Graduation, The Woodlands High School, President, 2009-2010; Hometown Hero, 2003; Executive Women's Alliance, President; Friendship Center, Board and Finance Committee Member; and The Woodlands College Park High School Interact Sponsor.

 Ms. Haynes’ term expires in 2010.
